Corporate Responsibility

We will continue to treat our people and our planet with the utmost care. We’re proud of our progress and look forward to future achievements. ”

William P. Lauder

Executive Chairman, The Estée Lauder Companies

  • Environment

We’re minimizing our environmental impact by improving operations efficiencies, using green chemistry principles, designing sustainable packaging and protecting biodiversity when sourcing natural ingredients.

  • Breast Cancer Awareness

The Estée Lauder Companies’ (ELC) Breast Cancer Awareness (BCA) Campaign was courageously launched in 1992 by Mrs. Evelyn H. Lauder with the creation of the Pink Ribbon, today’s universal symbol for breast health. The BCA Campaign is a worldwide effort in 70+ countries with a mission to defeat breast cancer through education and medical research.

  • Society

Our brands and our people have a rich tradition of community volunteerism and engagement that extends well beyond philanthropy.
