  • To What Job Level Should I Apply?

    ​• Entry Level positions include Administrative Assistant,  
      Coordinator, Administrator, Designer and Associate
     
    Mid-Level positions include Assistant Manager, Manager, Senior
      Designer, Associate Design Director, Director and Executive Director
     
    Senior Level positions include Vice President, Senior Vice
       President, General Manager and President

    What are the next steps after I apply to a position? Should I follow up?

    Our goal is to personally respond to each application. However, we ask that you be patient as we review all applications. Candidates will be selected and contacted on the basis of the qualifications of their applications. While we encourage you to continually review our Current Openings, your information will be retained to ensure that you are considered for future opportunities.

    I am having trouble submitting my resume online. What do I do?

    For technical support, you can contact our Human Resources Department by writing to humanresources@estee.com. Please do not submit résumés to this email as our recruiters only review résumés through  our application tracking system.

    How do I know if my application has been received?

    If you applied through our applicant tracking system located under “Current Openings”, you will receive a system-generated confirmation email stating that your application has been submitted successfully.

    How do I update my Candidate Profile?

    You can log in to your account via the Current Openings to make Candidate Profile changes at any time.

    Why is the job to which I applied no longer listed on elcompanies.com?

    The position has either been filled or is no longer a need for the Company.

    What happens to my Candidate Profile if the job to which I’ve applied has been filled?

    For US-based applicants using our tracking system found under Current Openings, your Candidate Profile is retained in our applicant database for future opportunities.
