This August, Bobbi Brown Cosmetics launched Pretty Powerful 2.0, a follow-up to the brand’s iconic Pretty Powerful beauty campaign, which originally launched in January 2010. Pretty Powerful celebrates the beauty of real women from a variety of backgrounds through their inspiring stories, photos and videos. It symbolizes Bobbi’s belief that all women possess natural beauty, and with the right tools, are empowered to a higher level of pretty.

“Pretty Powerful is about being comfortable in your own skin, knowing what’s important to you, and doing what makes you happy. When you feel good about yourself there’s no limit to what you can do—and that’s pretty powerful,” said Bobbi.
 
Pretty Powerful 2.0 features 30 new women – models, athletes, and friends of Bobbi – accompanied by “before” and “after” photos of each woman, as well as video footage and interviews, testimonials, face charts and application tips for day and night versions of the women’s looks.  This content, along with behind-the-scenes footage of the shoot, lives online at http://prettypowerful.bobbibrowncosmetics.com.

As part of the Pretty Powerful 2.0 launch, Bobbi Brown will launch a U.S.-only contest called Pretty Powerful Tour of America, encouraging women to upload their photos to the Bobbi Brown Pretty Powerful microsite for a chance to be the “face” of their state. In November, 51 semi-finalists will be chosen based on the results of a vote and be named the face of their state, with all 50 states and the District of Columbia being represented. From these 51 semi-finalists, Bobbi will choose one winner who will receive a trip to New York including a master class with a Bobbi Brown makeup artist, an exclusive photo shoot and may be featured in an upcoming Pretty Powerful campaign.
