Lauder, is Chairman Emeritus, and her younger son, Ronald S. Lauder, is Chairman of Clinique Laboratories, Inc. Leonard’s wife, Evelyn H. Lauder, is Senior Corporate Vice President. Among her grandchildren, William P. Lauder, is Executive Chairman of The Estée Lauder Companies, while Aerin Lauder is Senior Vice President, Creative Director, for the flagship Estée Lauder brand, and Jane Lauder is Senior Vice President, General Manager of Origins.
