Although The Estée Lauder Companies has been publicly held since 1995, a number of Mrs. Estée Lauder’s children and grandchildren currently serve as executives. Mrs. Lauder’s elder son, Leonard A. Lauder, is Chairman Emeritus, and her younger son, Ronald S. Lauder, is Chairman of Clinique Laboratories, Inc. Leonard’s wife, Evelyn H. Lauder, is Senior Corporate Vice President. Among her grandchildren, William P. Lauder, is Executive Chairman of The Estée Lauder Companies, while Aerin Lauder is Senior Vice President, Creative Director, for the flagship Estée Lauder brand, and Jane Lauder is Global President and General Manager of Origins and Ojon.
