Patrick Bousquet-Chavanne has been a Group President of the The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. since 2001. From 2001 to 2004, he led the Estée Lauder and M∙A∙C brands, along with the Aramis and Designer Fragrances division. In 2005, he expanded his responsibilities to focus on important strategic opportunities across Europe and Asia. He continues to head the Aramis and Designer Fragrances division--including Aramis, Tommy Hilfiger, Donna Karan,  Missoni, Michael Kors, Sean John, Lab Series, Kiton, and Mustang --as well as Bobbi Brown, La Mer, Jo Malone, Darphin and the Fashion Group.

Mr. Bousquet-Chavanne joined the Estée Lauder Companies in 1989 as Vice President and General Manager, Aramis International. From 1992 until 1996, he was Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Travel Retailing division. He left the Company briefly in 1997 to serve as Executive Vice President/General Manager, International Operations, for Parfums Christian Dior. From 1998 to 2001, Mr. Bousquet-Chavanne served as President of Estée Lauder International Inc., overseeing the Company's brands in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Latin America and Asia/Pacific, as well as Travel Retailing. He also helped establish regional Product Development Centers in Paris and Tokyo, and the Company's advanced management development program at Oxford University, England. Earlier in his career, Mr. Bousquet-Chavanne was Managing Director for Elizabeth Arden in the U.K.

Mr. Bousquet-Chavanne holds M.B.A. degrees from Purdue University and École Supérieure de Commerce in Marseilles, France, and an advanced management degree from Stanford’s Executive Program in Strategy and Organization.  

He is a member of the Board of Directors of Brown-Forman Corporation and the Franco-American Business Council, the Business Council of International Understanding (BCIU) and the Council for Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC).  Mr. Bousquet-Chavanne also serves on the Advisory Board of the New York City Ballet.

Mr. Bousquet-Chavanne lives in New York City with his wife and two daughters.
