At The Estée Lauder University, our senior executives act as professors, coaching employees to build skills in key business areas such as finance and marketing, with the goal to facilitate growth within the Company.
In addition, we offer our management team access to executive education programs at Harvard Business School and the Wharton School of The University of Pennsylvania, as well as international management symposiums at Babson College.
We are especially proud of The Estée Lauder Companies at Vassar College program, a week-long corporate conference offering a variety of high-level courses designed to sharpen the skills of our executives.
