Civic engagement is very important to The Estée Lauder Companies, and we believe no one should have to choose between working and voting. To ensure all of our U.S. employees have the opportunity to vote, we offer flexibility during the day. That's why we’re giving our U.S. employees paid time off to vote in the 2018 Mid-Term Elections on November 6.
