    Student Programme FAQs

    Do you offer internship opportunities?

    Yes, we offer a formal internship experience in the US for undergraduate and graduate students. Additionally, our global locations offer internship opportunities based on business needs.

    Do you have any undergraduate or graduate development or rotational programmes?

    Yes. Our CEO Global Presidential Programme is available in North America; U.K.; Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA); and Asia-Pacific (APAC). The levels of the programme are: Presidential Associate (undergraduate), Senior Presidential Associate (graduate), and Presidential Management Associate (MBA).

    Additionally, we offer development opportunities in Finance and Strategy for undergraduates and MBA graduates in the US.

    What are the eligibility requirements for internships and full-time programmes?

    • For intern opportunities, the student must currently be a junior upon applying (expected to graduate Spring 2026).
    • For full-time undergraduate opportunities, the student must be a senior (graduating Spring 2025).
    • For full-time graduate opportunities, applicant must be a second-year student (graduating Spring 2026).
    • The CEO Global Presidential Programme and FASLEAP do not provide visa sponsorship.

    Are interns provided housing during their internship?

    Housing is provided for certain key talent segments and may be discussed during the interview process. For the Lauder Summer Internship Programme, the IT, Travel Retail and Research and Development departments offer housing. The CEO Global Presidential Programme and the Finance & Strategy Leadership Programme (FASLEAP) does not offer housing.
