The CEO Global Presidential Programme
The CEO Global Presidential Programme is broken down into 3 rotational programmes by experience.
- The Presidential Management Associate Programme (PMA) is an intensive 24-month rotational programme designed to attract, develop, and retain the best future leaders of the organisation. This programme offers four 6-month assignments specially designed for recent MBA graduates with 5-8 years of work experience.
- The Senior Presidential Associate Programme (SrPA) is a 24-month rotational programme offering four 6-month assignments specially designed for those with 1-4 years of work experience who have recently completed MBA or Master’s studies.
- The Presidential Associate Programme (PA) is an 18-month rotational programme offering three 6-month assignments specially designed for those who have recently completed their undergraduate studies.
Applications for CEO Global Presidential Programme will open on September 1 and close on September 30, 2025, for a September 2026 programme start. We will be considering students with graduation dates from December 2025 through August 2026.
Presidential Associate
About:
The Presidential Associate (PA) Programme is part of the larger CEO Global Presidential Programme. It is an intensive, 18-month rotational programme consisting of three six-month rotations designed for impending graduates of Bachelor’s degree programmes.
This leadership development programme integrates customised and diverse professional rotations with continuous development, strength-based coaching, mentoring, group networking opportunities, and strategic thinking initiatives to accelerate professional growth. We engage the participants' creativity, learning agility, and innovation to create bespoke experiences that attract, develop, and retain ELC’s next generation of leaders.
Qualifications:
- College seniors who will be earning a bachelor’s degree and are looking for a career in the prestige beauty industry
- Relevant internship or work experience
- Demonstrated record of achievement
- Strong interpersonal, leadership and presentation skills

Senior Presidential Associate (Master’s/Early Career MBA)

We engage the participants' creativity, learning agility, and innovation to create bespoke experiences that attract, develop, and retain ELC’s next generation of leaders.
Qualifications:
- Impending Master’s or MBA Degree
- Minimum 1-4 years of work experience with a demonstrated record of achievement
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to lead, motivate and influence others
- Strong change management and business acumen skills

Graduate Qualifications:
- MBA Degree
- Minimum 5-8 years of professional experience with a demonstrated record of achievement
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to lead, motivate and influence others
- Strong change management and project management skills, business acumen and executive presence
