The Estée Lauder Companies (ELC ) hosted our 2025 Supplier Summit on Wednesday, May 28 in New York City. With this year’s theme, Reimagine Our Future Together, the Summit brought together ELC executives, brand and value chain leaders, and strategic suppliers from across the globe for a full day of alignment, collaboration, and recognition.

The event featured keynote presentations, breakout sessions, supplier awards, and networking designed to spotlight the innovation, agility, and shared responsibility that will fuel ELC’s next phase of growth and transformation.

The Summit began with welcome remarks from Quentin Roach, Chief Procurement Officer, ELC, who reinforced the importance of partnership in driving mutual success. He then introduced Stéphane de La Faverie, President and CEO, ELC, who provided valuable insight into ELC’s Beauty Reimagined strategic vision and underscored that ELC’s transformation depends on bold and disruptive innovation, speed, and agility, while never comprising on quality.

We see a great opportunity to deepen our strategic relationships with our partners to drive scale and reignite growth. Together, we have an incredible opportunity to build a more profitable and innovative future for us all.

Jane Hertzmark Hudis, Executive Vice President, Chief Brand Officer, ELC; Roberto Canevari, Executive Vice President, Chief Value Chain Officer, ELC; and Berenice Vettore, Chief Quality Officer, ELC, addressed the attendees, Each shared their distinct views on how supplier partnerships can fuel ELC’s growth across innovation, operations, and brand execution. These collective remarks set the tone for the day and reinforced ELC’s commitment to building long-lasting, value-aligned supplier relationships rooted in trust, transparency, and excellence.

Following the award ceremony and a networking lunch, the Summit transitioned into a series of "Inspiration Sessions" designed to foster open dialogue and creative collaboration. In each session, teams explored new ways of working, how to drive further efficiency and effectiveness, and ideas for enhancing innovation and consumer centricity. 

The day closed with a talk from guest speaker Colin O’Brady, an American Professional Endurance Athlete, Motivational Speaker, and Adventurer. His message challenged attendees to rethink their limits and lead with bold thinking in the pursuit of success. 

The key takeaways from the Supplier Summit – as well as ELC’s strategic vision and expectations – will be shared with ELC’s broader global supplier network as a follow-up from the event.
