Aude Gandon

Chief Digital & Marketing Officer

Aude Gandon is Chief Digital and Marketing Officer (CDMO) at The Estée Lauder Companies, where she leads the company's digital, marketing, and media ecosystem across its portfolio of prestige beauty brands. She joined the company in August 2025 and oversees global digital commerce, along with precision marketing, creative operations, consumer and category insights, omnichannel media strategy, global consumer care, and store design and visual merchandising.

Aude brings more than 20 years of experience in global marketing and digital leadership, most recently serving as Global Chief Marketing Officer at Nestlé, where she led the company’s digital transformation across 188 markets and over 2,000 brands. During her tenure, she launched new operating models, global content studios, and strategic partnerships with major technology platforms including Google, Meta, Amazon, and Netflix.

Her career also includes senior leadership roles at Google, where she was Global Managing Director for Platforms & Ecosystems, and at top creative agencies such as Publicis Worldwide, McCann, and Leo Burnett, where she worked with world-class beauty and luxury clients.

Aude currently serves on the Board of the World Federation of Advertisers, where she chairs the Global CMO Committee, and is a member of the Amazon Ad Council and Meta Client Council.
