Senior Operations & Production Manager for ELC Studios, UK&I
What is your title and how long have you been with The Estée Lauder Companies?
I have been with The Estée Lauder Companies since August 2014. I first joined as a Producer, and currently, I am the Senior Operations & Production Manager for ELC Studios, UK&I, working with our in-house creative teams and brands to deliver targeted and purposeful creative.
What inspired you to work for ELC?
I’ve always had a passion for the beauty industry, and with a background in design and branding strategy, it felt like the perfect fit. When the opportunity at ELC came up, I jumped at it, as it was a chance to work in an industry I love, contribute my skills, and join a team where I knew I’d learn and grow.
What surprised you most when you joined the company?
There is something very unique, and special, about the company culture. ELC is a respectful, diverse, and inclusive workplace with a strong drive to work collaboratively and be the best. The Estée Lauder Companies truly make you feel part of the team, and there are opportunities to develop and progress your career within the company.
What does a typical day in your role look like?
I lead a talented Operations team, and we work across the entire brand portfolio. Every day is different, and I love how varied each project brief can be. I get to collaborate with amazing cross-functional teams across Creative, Marketing, and Production, which makes the work dynamic and energising. One of the best parts of being in-house is seeing campaigns from start to finish—we’re right at the heart of the action, whether it’s on set, on location, in creative brainstorm sessions, or bringing campaigns to life across multi-channel platforms. It’s a creative, high-energy environment, and incredibly rewarding to see our work connect with consumers.
What is your ELC must-have product?
There are far too many ELC products to choose from, but if I had to pick my current go-to, it would be the M·A·CStack mascara. This is waterproof, smudge-proof, and gives endlessly buildable volume for your lashes, so great for work and nights out. It’s a fantastic product!
