Student Program FAQs
Do you offer internship opportunities?
Yes, we offer a formal internship experience in the U.S. for undergraduate and graduate students. Additionally, our global locations offer internship opportunities based on business needs.
Do you have any undergraduate or graduate development or rotational programs?
Yes. Our CEO Global Presidential Program is available in North America; U.K.; Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA); and Asia-Pacific (APAC). The levels of the program are: Presidential Associate (undergraduate), Senior Presidential Associate (graduate), and Presidential Management Associate (MBA).
What are the dates for the Lauder Summer Internship Program and the CEO Global Presidential Program Internship?
The 2026 Lauder Summer Internship Program and the CEO Global Presidential Program Internship run from June 1 to August 7, 2026.
Do you offer internships throughout the entire school year?
We do not offer internships throughout the year. Each program has specific eligibility guidelines, and the majority of our internship programs occur during the summer months.
What if I do not see the opportunities I am looking for?
Opportunities are posted as they become available. Check back again periodically.
What are the eligibility requirements for internships and full-time programs?
- For intern opportunities, student must currently be a junior or first year graduate student upon applying (expected to graduate Spring 2027).
- For full-time undergraduate opportunities, the student must be a senior (graduating Spring 2026).
- For full-time graduate opportunities, applicant must be a second-year student (graduating Spring 2026).
- The CEO Global Presidential Program does not provide visa sponsorship.
Are interns provided housing during their internship?
Housing is provided for certain key talent segments and may be discussed during the interview process. For the Lauder Summer Internship Program, the IT, Travel Retail, and Research and Development departments offer housing. The CEO Global Presidential Program does not offer housing.
Are interns eligible for relocation?
No relocation packages are currently available. All interns are offered a one-time stipend to assist with expenses.
Who should apply to the CEO Global Presidential Associate Internship Program?
The CEO Global Presidential Associate Internship Program is intended for individuals who wish to be considered for the full-time CEO Global Presidential Associate Program post-graduation. If you are seeking a rotational experience at ELC after you graduate, this is a great internship for you.
How do I indicate my preferred track in the CEO Global Presidential Internship Program?
Please include a cover letter with your application, indicating which track you’d like to be placed in.
Is the CEO Global Presidential Associate Internship rotational?
No, while the full-time CEO Global Presidential Associate Program is rotational, the internship is not.
