The CEO Global Presidential Program
The CEO Global Presidential Program is broken down into 3 rotational programs by experience.
- The Presidential Management Associate Program (PMA) is an intensive 24-month rotational program designed to attract, develop, and retain the best future leaders of the organization. This program offers four 6-month assignments specially designed for recent MBA graduates with 5-8 years of work experience.
- The Senior Presidential Associate Program (SrPA) is a 24-month rotational program offering four 6-month assignments specially designed for those with 1-4 years of work experience who have recently completed MBA or Master’s studies.
- The Presidential Associate Program (PA) is an 18-month rotational program offering three 6-month assignments specially designed for those who have recently completed their undergraduate studies.
Applications for CEO Global Presidential Program will open on September 1 and close on September 30, 2025, for a September 2026 program start. We will be considering students with graduation dates from December 2025 through August 2026.

Presidential Associate
About:
The Presidential Associate (PA) Program is part of the larger CEO Global Presidential Program. It is an intensive, 18-month rotational program consisting of three six-month rotations designed for impending graduates of Bachelor’s degree programs.
This leadership development program integrates customized and diverse professional rotations with continuous development, strength-based coaching, mentoring, group networking opportunities, and strategic thinking initiatives to accelerate professional growth. We engage the participants' creativity, learning agility, and innovation to create bespoke experiences that attract, develop, and retain ELC’s next generation of leaders.
Qualifications:
- College seniors who will be earning a bachelor’s degree and are looking for a career in the prestige beauty industry
- Relevant internship or work experience
- Demonstrated record of achievement
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and presentation skills
