UK&I Area Sales & Education Manager, Le Labo, Kilian Paris, and Frédéric Malle

What is your title and how long have you been with The Estée Lauder Companies?
I am the UK&I Area Sales and Education Manager for Le Labo, Kilian Paris, and Frédéric Malle. I joined The Estée Lauder Companies back in September 2025.

How would you describe your current job to someone outside the beauty industry?
I’d say I’m like a traveling conductor for some incredible fragrance brands. I cover a big patch—mainly from the Midlands up through Scotland and over to Ireland—so every day is different. One day I’m diving into sales data; the next, I’m coaching our teams, recruiting talent, and focusing on building strong, meaningful relationships with our retail partners. It’s diverse and that’s what makes it exciting.

What does a typical day in your role look like?
A typical day for me usually kicks off bright and early. I’m often on a train or plane to get to my destination so I can arrive for store-opening. Once I’m there, I’m meeting with our teams and business managers, checking in on the operational side of things—making sure everyone’s got the tools they need to really drive retail. I spend a lot of my day with the teams, building those relationships on the ground and looking for new opportunities to boost our brand’s presence. It’s a blend of travel, hands-on support, and a lot of dynamic problem-solving. Plus, a big part of my day is also about educating our teams—making sure they feel confident, knowledgeable, and inspired to bring these luxury brands to life for our customers.

What excites you about coming to work every day?
What really excites me about coming to work every day is that fragrance is all about storytelling and self-expression. For me, it’s this amazing way people can discover and present new sides of themselves. It’s that blend of creativity, connection, and helping others tell their own stories through our incredible fragrance portfolio that makes it all so rewarding.

How would you describe the culture at The Estée Lauder Companies to your friends and family?
From M·A·C to Jo Malone London to Clinique, every brand has its own mission and each team brings their own flavour to the table; that makes ELC a place where everyone is genuinely welcome. It's not just a corporate environment; it’s a place where collaboration and authenticity thrive. That’s the real vibe I see every day.

What's your favourite ELC product?
I honestly couldn’t pick just one favourite! My everyday essentials that travel with me are definitely Another 13 by Le Labo, which is just a perfect go-to fragrance for me, and my Crème de la Mer lip balm. Those 2 are always in my bag, and I love how they both make me feel a bit more like myself wherever I go.
