What is your title and how long have you been with The Estée Lauder Companies?
I am the Online Trading Manager for Clinique in the UK&I, and I have been with the company since 2022.
What inspired you to work for ELC?
I was inspired by the wealth of knowledge from everyone in the company, knowing I would be working with experts and learning something new every day.
How would you describe your current job to someone outside the beauty industry?
I manage the brand.co.uk website, develop promotional strategies, and ensure we meet our targets. I also oversee budgets and collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams.
What does a typical day in your role look like?
First, I check the day's sales and run through daily analytics. Then, I join meetings to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. Finally, I check in with my team to plan out the rest of the week and head to the nursery for pick-up!
What are you most proud of at work?
Delivering excellent results and ensuring Clinique reaches as many people as possible.
What opportunities for career development have you been offered at ELC?
I’ve now experienced working for 2 brands, Clinique and Aveda; both have been amazing opportunities for me to grow and expand my skills.
What is your ELC must-have product?
There are so many! One of my favourites is Clinique Black Honey lipstick, my go to lipstick day and night!
