Global Diversity Council

Our Global Diversity Council was established in 2009. Led by William P. Lauder, Executive Chairman and Fabrizio Freda, President and Chief Executive Officer, the council leads our ID&E priorities, provides guidance and support of our ID&E Centre of Excellence, as well as our Brand, Regional and Function Councils /Task forces. In addition to providing guidance, the Global Diversity Council is responsible for reporting and tracking inclusion, diversity and equity progress across the organisation. The Council meets on a quarterly basis and is composed of 24 senior leaders.
