The Estée Lauder Companies (ELC) is proud to recognize Pride Month, a time during which ELC’s LGBTQIA+ community and all employees can reflect on the strides made for equal rights, while also celebrating what makes each of them unique.

In a video produced in conjunction with ELC’s LGBTQIA+ employee resource group wELCome, employees share what Pride means to them.
