Watch the 2024 Annual Meeting of Stockholders

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. held its 2024 Annual Meeting of Stockholders virtually on November 8, 2024. It featured special messages from William P. Lauder, Chair of the Board; Jane Lauder, Executive Vice President, Enterprise Marketing & Chief Data Officer; Fabrizio Freda, President and CEO; and Stéphane de La Faverie, Executive Group President and incoming President and CEO. During the meeting, stockholders voted on certain matters, including the election of directors and the amendment of ELC’s share incentive plan. Toward the end, William and Fabrizio responded to questions from stockholders.
