Company Executives Recognized by Black Enterprise Magazine

May 11, 2016 -- Two of The Estée Lauder Companies executives, Susan Akkad and Trenesa Stanford-Danuser, have been named in Black Enterprise Magazine’s list of Top Women in Advertising in 2016. The list highlights women whose ideas and strategies have placed them at the top of their game, enabling them to make a mark in the advertising and marketing world.
Susan is the Senior Vice President, Local and Cultural Platforms, Global Corporate Innovation for The Estée Lauder Companies. Over the course of her career, Susan has held various executive roles in marketing and communications for the Clinique, M.A.C and Origins brands. She is an expert in Cultural Marketing, Relevancy and Innovation and is currently applying her vast knowledge and passion to identify and expand The Company’s innovation and business opportunities in an increasingly diverse and competitive market.
Trenesa is the Vice President, Global Communications and Strategic Alliances, Origins Natural Resources and Ojon. She has been instrumental in many of the brand launches and initiatives including the Plantscription and Origins Organics™ launches, the Return to Origins recycling program and the Origins Rocks Earth Month™ concert series. In addition, she is a leader in marketing the Ojon brand, with its focus on sustainability.
