The Estée Lauder Companies Named Best Company to Work For by Women’s Choice Award

The Estée Lauder Companies (ELC) was recently honored with two 2019 Women’s Choice Awards — “Best Company to Work for Women” and “Best Company to Work for Multicultural Women”— which highlight the company’s dedication to fostering women’s leadership and professional success.
The Women’s Choice Award for “Best Company to Work for Women” is given to Fortune 300 companies that meet the general needs and preferences of all working women regardless of race, age and family status. The organization analyzes how companies rank in terms of female representation, work-life balance, professional development opportunities and company benefits such as vacation, maternity support, and wellness.
The “Best Company to Work for Multicultural Women” award is given to Fortune 300 companies that best support women of color in navigating the workplace. The award explores how companies rank in terms of the diversity within their corporate structure, professional developmental opportunities, and the various types of work-life benefits they provide. The Estée Lauder Companies is committed to promoting and maintaining an inclusive culture. The company believes that diverse backgrounds, experiences and perspectives result in greater innovation and better problem-solving across the organization.
