The Estée Lauder Companies Salutes Veterans for Their Service

Company Feature

On this Veterans Day in the U.S., The Estée Lauder Companies (ELC) salutes all Veterans and military members for their service.

ELC Is Proud of Our Employees Who Are Veterans

The Veterans Employee Resource Group (ERG) at ELC reflects the strong value of service that many Veterans represent. Veterans ERG members volunteer in support of local organizations, are role models in their communities, and engage in mentoring new ELC employees who are veterans.

Leonard A. Lauder, Chairman Emeritus, circa 1955, served in the U.S. Navy.

As part of our commitment to those in service, ELC is proud to support our employees with an enhanced U.S. Military Leave of Absence Policy for employees who continue to serve, making it easier for them to fulfill their duty. The policy recognizes the sacrifices from family members as well, and it aims to ease that burden.

ELC is proud of its Veterans who are marching in the 2024 Veterans Day Parade in New York City today.

Fisher House Foundation Recognized as Community Impact Grantee

In commemoration of Veterans Day, ELC’s Veterans ERG is proud to recognize the Fisher House Foundation as the FY’24 recipient of The Estée Lauder Companies’ Community Impact Grant. Facilities of the Fisher House Foundation provide acute, inpatient rehabilitative care to Veterans and active-duty service members who have experienced severe injuries. Many guests have extended stays, sometimes months at a time, making self-care critical to their health and well-being.
