“These awards represent everything that ELC stands for—service to community, helping others, and thinking of the world outside of ourselves,” said Leonard Lauder, Chairman Emeritus. “I’m so proud of our 7 award winners, as well as all our employees who serve in their local communities.”
“The meaningful work of our Leonard A. Lauder Impact Award winners are truly impressive,” said William P. Lauder, Executive Chairman. “They sought ways to help their communities in practical ways on their personal time, and are having a profound impact on the lives of others.”
In addition to attending the recognition ceremony, the award recipients enjoyed a memorable 3-day experience in New York City. Jane Lauder, EVP, Enterprise Marketing & Chief Data Officer, hosted a reception for the winners and attended by members of the Lauder family. The winners toured the Leonard A. Lauder ELC Archives, exploring heritage artifacts from the company’s iconic moments. They also volunteered at the New York Common Pantry, a longtime ELC non-profit partner, alongside Executive Chairman William P. Lauder and Chief Sustainability Officer Nancy Mahon.
“It is because of your efforts that ELC continues its long-standing legacy and commitment to giving back,” remarked Fabrizio Freda, President and CEO, speaking to the Leonard A. Lauder Impact Award recipients. “This is where business and values converge, where dedication outside of work advances our culture of belonging, creating long-term growth for the company.”
“For ELC, giving back is part of who we are. The Leonard A. Lauder Impact Awards celebrate Mr. Leonard Lauder’s legacy of service and commitment to the community.
