On May 12, The Estée Lauder Companies brought together its strategic global supplier partners in New York City for the 2026 Supplier Summit. Built around this year's theme, Beauty Reimagined in Action: Partnership. Innovation. Performance., the day centered on the shared work, relationships, and ambitions that will define the company’s next chapter of growth and transformation.
The Summit brought together Estée Lauder Companies executives, brand and value chain leaders, and strategic suppliers from across the globe for a full day that spanned executive presentations, a fireside chat, supplier awards, focused breakout sessions, and a closing guest speaker.

The Summit began with welcome remarks from Quentin Roach, Chief Procurement Officer, ELC, who reinforced the importance of partnership in driving mutual success. He then introduced Stéphane de La Faverie, President and CEO, ELC, who provided valuable insight into ELC’s Beauty Reimagined strategic vision and underscored that ELC’s transformation depends on bold and disruptive innovation, speed, and agility, while never comprising on quality.
What makes me most proud is the momentum we have created together. Our company is more agile and faster and we are seeing that reflected in the way we execute with our partners around the world. Their collaboration and agility have helped strengthen our ability to drive joint value, delight consumers, and build the future of beauty together. We will continue to raise the bar and challenge each other.

Quentin Roach, Chief Procurement Officer, ELC, delivers opening remarks at ELC’s Supplier Summit.
The conversations that followed covered significant ground, with Amber English, President, Digital & Online, The Americas, speaking to how profoundly consumer behavior has shifted and what it demands of supplier partnerships that want to stay relevant in that environment. Rene Lammers, Executive Vice President and Chief Research & Innovation Officer, addressed the evolution underway within ELC's own innovation capabilities, and how close collaboration with supplier partners will continue to help drive speed, agility, and innovation across the business. Roberto Canevari, Executive Vice President and Chief Value Chain Officer, examined how the Global Value Chain is being reshaped to meet a beauty landscape that is moving faster and with greater complexity than before. Quentin Roach brought the morning to a close by reinforcing that the path forward is a shared one, built on high standards, continuous improvement, and the kind of coordinated partnership that Beauty Reimagined requires.
During the event, The Estée Lauder Companies also recognized strategic partners who have demonstrated outstanding performance across key categories with 2026 Supplier Awards.

Following the awards and a networking luncheon, the Summit moved into breakout sessions centered on supplier partnership, synchronization, and co-creation. Direct procurement suppliers gathered with Raj Nakum, SVP, Enterprise IBP and Value Chain Optimization, and John Foster, Vice President, Global Supplier Relations, for a session focused on building a synchronized supplier planning ecosystem. Indirect procurement suppliers joined Amber English and Vivian Wu, Vice President, Indirect Procurement, for a discussion on how supplier partnerships are evolving from service execution to co-creation. Across both sessions, leadership and suppliers discussed the importance of agility, stronger alignment, and closer collaboration in helping accelerate innovation and business performance across the value chain.
The day closed with a presentation from Kearney’s Foresights team on geopolitical insights, offering a candid look at the global landscape and what shifting geopolitical dynamics mean for supply chain strategy and resilience going forward. Quentin Roach then brought the Summit to a close, thanking suppliers for their partnership and their commitment to driving what is possible together.
